Raiden is a character in the Mortal Kombat fighting game series. He is one of the few original characters, debuting in the first Mortal Kombat game.

Otacon: "That could Raiden...the god of thunder. And he is a protector of Earthrealm."
Snake: "Raiden! that's Raiden! He looks different now...and old.
Otacon: "No Snake, That's the other Raiden. The real Raiden is our side and he is a assassin ninja.And this Raiden is the eternal God of Thunder."
Snake: "Hm! guess his not our Raiden...But, his eyes look lighting. He's blind right?"
Otacon: "He wasn't Blind. and yes, his eyes look lighting. he can fight withs his own Abilities. and he can used Thunder fly, Electric fly and any thing he can used."
Snake: "Well,I guess I better get ready to fight him."
Otacon: "Better don't get killed and Fatality."
Snake: "What is Fatality?"
Otacon: "Fatality is a special finishing move that can be used against one's opponent at the end of the final match. and finaly, the Opponent is death. Is a good thing he's not gonna finish you off."
Snake: "Ok..."
