Bandana Waddle Dee, sometimes called Bandana Dee, is one of Kirby's helpers in Kirby Returns to
Dreamland, and is an unlockable character in Super Smash Bros. Kirby Edition Some people believe that this is the same waddle dee that helped Kirby out in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. He should not be confused with , another character in SSBKE. Bandan Waddle Dee is similar, but wears a bandana and fights with a spear.
Basic Notes[]
Carrying this spear makes Bandana Dee a little bit slow, but his spear packs a punch with many long ranged attacks. His A moves consist of varrious jabs and swings with the spear.
Special Moves[]

| Standard Special | Aqua Shot | Bandana Dee's spear becomes a parasol and throws a bubble of water forwards. The bubble bounces along the ground if it doesn't hit. |
| Side Special | Spear Throw | Bandana Dee throws his spear. Holding the attack button he will throw three spears instead. |
| Down Special | Parasol Twirl | Bandana Dee's spear becomes a parasol and twirls it below him. If used in the air, Bandana Dee dives diagonally downwards instead. |
| Up Special | Spear Copter | Bandana Dee twirls his spear over his head, like the blades of a helicopter, carrying him upwards. |
| Final Smash | Megaton Punch | Bandana Dee puts his spear away for this one. He leaps up high into the air, over the center of the stage, and then dives down with one fist extended. Not only will this do massive damage to anyone unlucky enough to be below him, but it will also bury anyone who is standing on solid ground. The closer they are to Bandana Dee, the longer they stay buried. |

Victory Taunts[]
Win 1) Bandana Waddle Dee twirls his spear around, similar to his up taunt, but doesn't drop it and ends with a tough looking face.
Win 2) Bandana Dee tosses his spear up, and looks ready to catch it. When it doesn't come down he looks around with a worried expression.
Win 3) Bandana Waddle Dee does Kirby's Side Taunt.
Loss) Bandana Dee sits down, and pulls his Bandana over his eyes.
