- Down tilt now combos into everything
- Diddy Kong now has Peach's float ability
- Every time up smash is used a video clip of Zero dabbing is shown; up smash also has Super Armor for all frames
- Every time the Peanut Popgun is fired it plays a sound file of Etika saying, "Etika Talk About This"
- Down throw plays a sound file of "Hoo" and up air plays "Hah"
- The opponent will be instantly killed if they are hit with the Hoo Hah combo, which is now true
- Banana will put enemies into special fall when they are hit by it in the air and will bury them on the ground
- Back aerial has windboxes on it
- Down aerial has invincibility frames for the entire move
- The first hit of jab is an instant kill
- After up special is used the rocketbarrel will always home in on the opponent and stage spike them no matter where they are
- Monkey Flip's kick meteor smashes and the command grab will freeze opponents when the attack is used
- When Peanut Popgun is fully charged the explosion knocks Diddy purely horizontally past the blast zone and kills him
- When neutral aerial is used a sound file of Plasmaster screeching like Diddy Kong is played (yes I actually did this once during a playthrough of the Subspace Emissary. I used only Diddy's nair the whole time and screeched every time)
